Disney Announces 7,000 Job Cuts; Zoom To Lay Off 1,300 Employees

Disney will lay off 7,000 employees to control cost. CEO Bob Iger made the announcement, as reported by IANS. Iger said the move is "necessary to address the challenges we're facing today.” On February 7, Zoom’s chief executive Eric Yuan said that the company will lay off nearly 1,300 employees or 15 per cent of its workforce.
