Elon Musk Is Time Magazine's 'Person Of The Year' For 2021

On December 13, Time magazine named Elon Musk as its person of the year. The Tesla chief and space entrepreneur overtook Amazon founder Jeff Bezos this year to become the world's wealthiest person. Edward Felsenthal, Time editor-in-chief said, “Musk's rise coincides with broader trends of which he and his fellow technology magnates are part cause and part effect.” Last year, the title went to President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris.
