Giriraj Singh Scolds Officer Who Did Not Step Out Of Car To Talk To Him In Bihar’s Begusarai

Union minister Giriraj Singh reportedly scolded a government official in Begusarai, Bihar for not coming out of his car while speaking to him. Giriraj Singh has been touring flood-affected areas of his Lok Sabha constituency. When Giriraj Singh addressed the official, he replied from within the car. "Why would he alight from his vehicle? He is a babu (a bureaucrat). I will greet him with folded hands," Giriraj Singh was heard as saying. The official then came out of his car and tried to pacify Giriraj Singh, but there was no stopping the Union Minister.
