Cyclone Vayu is expected to hit the Gujarat coast between Porbandar and Mahuva with wind speed up to 120 kmph on June 13.The Indian Meteorological Department has issued alert in the state. Quick response teams have been deployed as heavy rains, thunderstorm and lightning are expected to hit Gujarat on June13. Schools and colleges have declared holiday. Home Minister Amit Shah also chaired a high level meeting to discuss the situation and identify measures to be taken.
