A video of a heated argument between an IndiGo airline crew and a passenger onboard a flight, has gone viral on social media. In the video, the crew can be heard telling the passenger that he cannot talk to the staff harshly. The passenger is not visible in the video. The passenger reacts saying, “Why are you yelling?" The air hostess replies, “You are yelling at us.” The crew member says, "I am sorry but you cannot talk to the crew like that. I am peacefully listening to you with all due respect but you have to respect the crew as well.” The passenger then asks, “Where have I disrespected the crew?" Then the passenger tells the air hostess, “Shut up.” The air hostess shoots back, “You shut up.” The passenger then says the air hostess is a servant, to which she again makes it clear that she is an employee and not his servant.
