The IndiGo passenger who physically assaulted a pilot inside an aircraft on Delhi-Goa flight was arrested and later released on bail. The flier identified as Sahil Kataria slapped the pilot when he was making an announcement regarding delays. The incident took place on flight 6E-2175 which was delayed due to heavy fog by many hours. In the viral video, a passenger dressed in a yellow hoodie hit pilot Anup Kumar. In a statement, IndiGo said, “This incident is being referred to the independent internal committee for appropriate action and inclusion of the customer on the ‘no-fly list’ as laid down in regulatory guidelines.” Watch the video to know more.
