Jammu & Kashmir Reorganisation Bill – What Is The Difference Between A State & A Union Territory?

The NDA government initiated and passed the Jammu & Kashmir Reorganisation Bill that divides the state in to two union territories. This bill by the Modi government also overrides Article 370 of the Constitution which guaranteed special status to the state of Jammu & Kashmir.
