Joe Biden was sworn in as the 46th President of the United States on January 20, after four turbulent years under Donald Trump. World leaders said they were looking forward to working with Joe Biden. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Charles Michel, president of the European Council, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, President Hassan Rouhani, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Pope Francis, French President Emmanuel Macron, Prime Minister Boris Johnson, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and others congratulated President Biden.
