Moradabad Shocker: Man Gropes Burqa-Clad Woman, Grabs Her Breasts on Street; Arrested After Disturbing Video Goes Viral

A disturbing incident in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, on August 3, was caught on CCTV, showing a burqa-clad woman being groped by a man while walking alone in Gol Kothi Wali Gali, within Nagfani police limits. The man forcibly grabbed her breasts before fleeing the scene as she resisted. The video quickly went viral, sparking public outrage and concerns over women’s safety. Police registered an FIR and formed a special team to catch the culprit, who was later identified as Adil Saifi from Umri village. He was arrested after a brief encounter where he was shot in the leg while allegedly trying to escape on a motorbike. The accused later apologized from his hospital bed.
