Senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi slammed PM Narendra Modi and his party (BJP). Gandhi said they never talk about the future, and always blame somebody else in the past for their failures. Gandhi was addressing members of the Indian diaspora in the Javits Centre in the US. Gandhi made the comments in light of the Odisha train tragedy. The horrific three-train collision claimed over 270 lives and more than 1,100 people were left injured.
