Operation Kaveri: Third Batch Of 135 Indians Reaches Jeddah In Saudi Arabia From Sudan

On April 26, the third batch of another 135 stranded Indians from Sudan reached Jeddah in Saudi Arabia. They were aboard the second IAF C-130J aircraft. Minister of State for External Affairs, V Muraleedharan received the second batch of the 148 evacuated Indians. On April 26, naval vessel INS Sumedha reached Jeddah port with 278 evacuated passengers. On April 24, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar informed that its 'Operation Kaveri' to evacuate its citizens from Sudan is underway. Watch the video to know more.
