Pune Road Accident: Speeding Container Rams Into 48 Vehicles; Suspected Brake-Fail Leaves 3 Injured

On November 20, a horrific accident took place at Pune's Navale bridge. A speeding container truck crashed into nearly 48 vehicles on the bridge. At least three people have been left injured in the mishap, reported IANS. The tragedy took place around 8.30 pm on Sunday, leading to major traffic jams. Reportedly, the brakes of the container truck failed and it rammed into the vehicles. Oil also spilled onto the road making it slippery. Fire Brigade, Pune Police and rescue teams rushed to the spot.
