Sonu Nigam, known for speaking out about issues in the music industry, has expressed his disappointment after being left out of the Best Playback Singer (Male) nominations at the IIFA Awards 2025. Despite delivering the chart-topping hit “Mere Dholna 3.0” from ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’, the celebrated singer did not make it to the list of nominees at the event held in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Taking to Instagram, Nigam shared a screenshot of the nominations with a sarcastic remark, saying, “Thank you, IIFA... After all, you were answerable to the Rajasthan bureaucracy.”
