A tragic stampede occurred at the Tirupati temple in Andhra Pradesh on Wednesday evening (January 8), resulting in at least six casualties. The incident took place near Vishnu Niwasam where thousands of devotees gathered to get tokens for the darshan of Lord Venkateswara.
