On January 26, India celebrated its 73rd Republic Day. Iconic parade was held at Rajpath, Delhi. The parade witnessed the grandest flypast by Indian Air Force’s 75 aircrafts. On this Republic Day, for the first time ever, people witnessed the pilot’s and the cockpit’s view while watching the flypast. The Baaz formation included a Rafale jet, two Jaguars, two Su-30 MIs and two MiG-29 UPGs, creating an ‘Arrowhead’ formation of seven aircraft. The Amrit formation had 17 Jaguar aircraft, making a figure of 75.
