World Sports Journalists Day 2020: Date, History And Significance

World Sports Journalists Day or International Sports Journalists Day is observed every year on July 02 to acknowledge the sports journalists professionals and also mark the anniversary of International Sports Press Association (AIPS). AIPS came into existence in 1924 during the Summer Olympics in Paris. And from 1994, July 02 was celebrated as World Sports Journalists Day to mark the anniversary of AIPS.
