Zero Tax on Income up to INR 12 Lakh, New Income Tax Rates and Slabs Announced in Budget 2025

Presenting the Union Budget 2025-26 on Saturday, February 1, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said taxpayers will not have to pay any income tax on earnings up to Rs 12 lakh per annum. She also revealed revised income tax rates and slabs.
