Wisconsin, May 4: Three months prior to her wedding, a Wisconsin elementary school teacher in the United States was accused of 'inappropriate relationship' with an 11-year-old student, according to CBS. Madison Bergmann, a 24-year-old resident of St. Paul, is now being prosecuted on serious offences, including first-degree child sexual assault against a minor. The police were notified of problematic conduct at River Crest Elementary School in Hudson, according to the complaint, which was submitted to St. Croix County on Thursday, May 2.

Inappropriate behaviour between  Bergmann and a fifth-grade pupil has been particularly mentioned in the complaint. Sex With Student in US: Texas High School Teacher Arrested for Engaging in Sexual Activity With 15-Year-Old Student Inside Classroom.

The victim's parents discovered screenshots of text messages between the minor boy and Bergmann, which they sent to the authorities. According to reports, she was texting the youngster every day, telling him how much she liked "making out" and having him touch her. The police records claim that these interactions happened on school property, either during lunch breaks or after school. The victim's name was found in a folder that the police discovered inside Bergmann's bag, according to the police. Inside were several handwritten notes that described their alleged sexual interactions. It's still unknown how long the abuse lasted. But Bergmann disclosed that in December, while on a winter vacation trip to the Afton Alps, she obtained the child's phone number from his mother. She also became engaged to her long-term partner in this same month. According to the NY Times, she was scheduled to tie the knot in July, three months later. After being freed on a $25,000 bail, Bergmann is not allowed to access school property or go to school-sponsored activities.
