Mumbai, Apr 25 (PTI) Industrialist Gautam Singhania has stepped down as the chairman of Raymond subsidiaries Ring Plus Aqua and JK Files to ensure the business is being run professionally.
Ravi Uppal has taken over as the non-executive chairman of both the companies, an official statement said.
Singhania stepped down from JK Files in 2015, and will continue to be on the board of Ring Plus Aqua, it said.
