Following the third day of the 'Rajbhavan Chalo' sit-in in the city, the TMC General Secretary said in a post on 'X' that the West Bengal Governor has agreed to meet the TMC delegation at the earliest.

"The 3rd Day of our Dharna concluded with 2 moral victories. While the Zamindars were forced to leave their ivory towers in Delhi and come to Kolkata, the Governor finally agreed to meet our delegation at the earliest. Several TMC leaders have alleged that Sunday's raids are a reaction by the Bharatiya Janata Party against these ongoing protests in Kolkata.

"BJP cannot fight politically, so it has released its two puppets CBI and ED... Because the central government had to bow down in front of our protest, it sent its two toys CBI and ED. This is a game to malign...But we will continue to fight on the real issues...," West Bengal Minister Shashi Panja said on Sunday speaking to ANI. (ANI)
