President Ram Nath Kovind returned to Delhi today after his six-day sojourn to Shimla.
Shimla, May 25 (PTI) President Ram Nath Kovind returned to Delhi today after his six-day sojourn to Shimla.
He was given a warm send-off at Kalyani helipad by Governor Acharya Devvrat and Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur.
“I have seen nature at its best and felt that how nature worries about human beings and loves and nurtures them like a mother," the president wrote on Facebook.
“Many a times, big thoughts crop up during small journeys and a thought came to my mind that how the 'mother earth' looks after us and what can we do for conservation of natural resources so that these are preserved for posterity," he added.
