Man Stabbed to Death in Bihar's Araria
A 35-year-old man was allegedly stabbed to death following a dispute over gambling in Bihar's Araria district on Monday, police said.
Araria, Aug 19 (PTI) A 35-year-old man was allegedly stabbed to death following a dispute over gambling in Bihar's Araria district on Monday, police said.
The accused has been arrested, they said.
The incident occurred near sadar hospital chowk under town police station, when an issue over gambling took an ugly turn, Araria Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO) K D Singh said.
The incident could be the fallout of a similar episode three days back, police said.
The matter is under investigation, Singh added. PTI
