Panaji (Goa) [India], Aug 29 (ANI): Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar will fly to the United States later on Wednesday for further medical treatment as he has developed "minor complications", said North Goa Member of Parliament (MP) Shripad Naik.
The Chief Minister is currently admitted in Mumbai's Lilavati Hospital.
"There are minor complications, nothing major, he (Manohar Parrikar) would be leaving today for the USA for treatment as recommended by Mumbai's Lilavati hospital," Naik told ANI.
Parrikar, who is suffering from a pancreatic ailment, flew to the US earlier this year for treatment. He returned to the country in June, after two-and-half months. Earlier this month, he went there again for a follow-up. (ANI)
