UP Govt Transfers 12 IPS Officers
The Uttar Pradesh government on Monday night transferred 12 IPS officers in the state in the rank of DGs and ADGs, a statement issued by Additional Chief Secretary (Home) Awanish Awasthi said.
Lucknow, Aug 26 (PTI) The Uttar Pradesh government on Monday night transferred 12 IPS officers in the state in the rank of DGs and ADGs, a statement issued by Additional Chief Secretary (Home) Awanish Awasthi said.
According to the statement, Director General (DG) Prosecution Sujan Vir Singh has been made DG Training.
SN Sabat, Additional Director General (ADG) Prayagraj zone has been transferred to Lucknow zone in the same capacity, it said.
ADG ATS Asim Arun has been made ADG Technical Services, while ADG Techincal Services Ashutosh Pandey has been made ADG Prosecution.
Dhruvkant Thakur is the new ADG ATS.
Rajiv Krishna ADG Lucknow zone has been made ADG Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar Police Academy, Moradabad, it said.
Sujit Pandey is the new ADG Prayagraj zone.
Ravi Joseph Lokku has been made Inspector General Security, the statement said.
