‘Brahmastra 2’ in the Works?
According to an exclusive report by Pinkvilla, active preparation and script development for Brahmastra 2 are currently progressing at full pace. Kapoor is slated to finish shooting for Ramayana Part 2 by January 2027. Following a brief preparation phase, the actor will officially begin principal photography for the fantasy sequel.
The report indicates that Kapoor faces a major performance challenge in the upcoming instalment, where he is set to portray a dual role as both Shiva and the complex antagonist Dev. Meanwhile, director Ayan Mukerji has initiated talks with Deepika Padukone to take on the key character of Amruta, a role designed to carry significant emotional weight in expanding the franchise's mythology.
