Ant-Man and Hawkeye were two of the most talked about characters from the Marvel Cinematic Universe when Avengers: Infinity War released. Fans couldn't stop talking about Ant-Man and Hawkeye's absence from the entire film. Looks like Ant-Man was in the film after after all. Paul Rudd will be seen on Ant-Man And The Wasp, which will release next month. In an interview to NDTV, Paul responded to being asked where he was when Thanos wiped out half of the population and said, "I remember going to see Infinity War and they do mention that I was under House Arrest and that I was not able to leave. There's a lot going on, a lot going on."
Evangeline Lilly, who plays the Wasp also added to that and said, "For the record, I was there. I was just tiny." We don't buy it! But it will be pretty interesting to see if the Ant-Man And The Wasp will have a scene where the world is being wiped out by the mad Titan. But we all know that the film occurs before Avengers: Infinity War so that's least likely to happen. All the upcoming MCU movies are going to get more interesting just for that one scene. It's no secret or rocket science that all the MCU films right from Iron Man have been leading to the big face off with Thanos.
Though leaked pictures from the sets of Avengers 4 had Ant-Man, too, so we are expecting him to be there in the movie. But a lot of fan theories suggest that Wasp will also get disintegrated by the end of the film which is why Ant-Man joins the Avengers again for the fourth film. Fans are pretty excited about Ant-Man And The Wasp. In fact, all the upcoming MCU films are going to worth the wait, especially Captain Marvel. What are your thoughts on this?
