Following a competitive season that spanned over a year and a half, the finale concluded with Shivapriya securing the coveted title trophy. Shivapriya’s path to the championship was marked by consistent vocal performances across multiple genres. Throughout the competition, she drew praise from both the judging panel and television audiences for her musical versatility and growth on stage. Notable performances during critical rounds, including her renditions of "Nenjil Kanjabanam" in the improvisation stage and "Swarnameeninte" in the elimination rounds, established her as a frontrunner late in the competition.

The grand finale showcased a lineup of six finalists. Joining Shivapriya on stage for the final competitive performances were Arjun KC, Theertha Sathyan, Krishnasree, Vaishakan Anil, and wild-card entry Suryanarayanan, who secured the final spot through a public vote. The judging panel for the finale featured music legend KS Chithra alongside guest judges Ouseppachan, D Imman, and Harishankar.

Cash Prize and Winnings

Along with the champion's trophy, Shivapriya took home the grand prize of INR 50 lakh. The runner-up contestants were also awarded cash prizes for their achievements throughout the season. Arjun KC finished as the first runner-up, receiving a cash prize of INR 25 lakh, while Theertha Sathyan secured the third-place position.
