Television actress Sara Khan, who rose to fame with her first show 'Sapna Babul Ka...Bidaai', where she played Sadhana, is quite a favorite child of controversies. From posing in bikini, getting legal notices, going nude for her projects to trolling sessions, the actress has been grabbing the desired media attention. Recently, Sara took to the photo-sharing app to make an announcement about her upcoming music video with her latest selfie. But little did she know that she would be mercilessly trolled for her picture. Yes, her latest selfie caused quite a stir as it seems like the actress has undergone a lip surgery. Sara's post was flooded with nasty comments like 'surgery gone wrong', among others and it's not even funny. However, the actress recently shut them all like a boss and said that none of these negative comments affect her anymore. Sara Khan’s Lip Job Makes Her ‘Ducktales’ Ready; View Off-Putting Pics!

In a statement to Hindustan Times, Sara said, "I don’t understand what’s so much noise about!," further adding, "I had posted a video and Insta stories about my lip filler, [where I] openly spoke that I have not done any lip surgery. I did not even faint when I was getting it done. They don’t give you any anesthesia. It’s just one injection and you are done."

The actress went on to add that grooming is important for an actor at times and believes that there is no harm in even going under the knife if one feels the need to do so. Sara said, "If you don’t have anything and you badly want it, then just get it done. This is what I believe in. I am happy with rest of my body except my lips. I wanted fuller lips and decided to get this done," further adding, "I am very happy with the result, and with my smile, too. Trust me, nothing went wrong as many have been speculating."

Talking about how trolls don't affect Sara anymore, she added, "Trolls don’t deserve much attention. None of them are feeding or taking care of me. Who are they to take decisions for me? Whatever I post on social media, trolls will always have something to say. If I don’t get trolled, I feel I have not done something right and feel insecure."

On the professional front, Sara, who will be seen in a new single, will soon be seen in Bollywood film too. Talking about her upcoming single, the actress told the publication, "We’ve recreated the title track of Sapna Babul Ka...Bidaai and it’s done by Altaaf Sayyed (Pakistani singer-composer). We’ve shot a beautiful video, which will release soon. It's a super fun track for all the brides." Watch this space for further updates.
