The objection window is open from May 16, 11 am to May 18, 2 pm, giving candidates a limited time to challenge any answer they believe is incorrect. A fee of Rs 500 per question is applicable for raising objections. Following the closure of the grievance window, the final answer key will be released on May 23 at 2 pm, while the rank list and scorecard will be declared on May 29 at 4 pm. The COMEDK UGET 2026 exam was conducted on May 9 this year. Though the test is traditionally held on the second Sunday of May, the date was advanced to avoid a clash with a national-level examination. The computer-based test comprised 180 questions carrying one mark each, divided into three sections - Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics - with a total duration of three hours. More than 150 unaided private engineering colleges in Karnataka affiliated to KUPECA will accept admissions based on COMEDK UGET 2026 scores. Following the result and rank list declaration, a centralized single-window counselling process will be conducted, covering registration, choice-filling, choice-locking, seat allotment, and college reporting. Candidates are advised to verify all answers carefully and raise objections before the May 18 deadline.
