New Delhi, January 5: The EMRS Tier 1 Answer Key 2025-26 has been officially released by the National Education Society for Tribal Students (NESTS) on January 5, 2026. Candidates who appeared for the EMRS Staff Selection Exam (ESSE) 2025 can now download the provisional answer key along with their individual OMR response sheets to evaluate performance and estimate scores.

The answer key and response sheet PDFs are available online at the official website nests.tribal.gov.in through the dedicated answer key login window. Candidates need to log in using their roll number and date of birth to access the documents. EMRS ESSE 2025: Exam Overview

The EMRS ESSE 2025 was conducted in offline (OMR-based) mode on December 13, 14 and 21, 2025. The recruitment drive aims to fill 7,267 vacancies across multiple posts, including:

• Principal

• Post Graduate Teacher (PGT)

• Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT)

• Hostel Warden

• Female Staff Nurse

• Accountant

• Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA)

• Lab Attendant

Marking Scheme

• +1 mark for every correct answer

• –1/3 mark deducted for each incorrect response

• Click on the Recruitment section on the homepage

• Open the ESSE Schedule 2025 link

• Select the Answer Key link for your respective post

• Download the Answer Key PDF and OMR Response Sheet

• Save and print copies for future reference

Objection Window and Next Stages

NESTS has also opened the answer key objection window for candidates who are not satisfied with the provisional answers.

• Objections must be submitted online only

• A non-refundable fee of INR 1000 per question is applicable

• Only paid objections will be reviewed by the authority
