SSC JE Result 2026 Declared: Over 15,000 Candidates Qualify for Paper 2

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has declared the SSC Junior Engineer (Civil, Mechanical and Electrical) Examination 2026 Paper 1 results, with a total of 15,607 candidates shortlisted for the next stage of the recruitment process, Paper 2. Along with the result, the commission has also released the category wise cut off marks for candidates who appeared in the examination.

New Delhi, March 6: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has declared the SSC Junior Engineer (Civil, Mechanical and Electrical) Examination 2026 Paper 1 results, with a total of 15,607 candidates shortlisted for the next stage of the recruitment process, Paper 2. Along with the result, the commission has also released the category wise cut off marks for candidates who appeared in the examination.

According to the official notice, the results of two candidates have been withheld for administrative reasons. Among the candidates who have qualified for the next stage, 11,593 candidates belong to the Civil Engineering stream, while 4,014 candidates have qualified under the Electrical and Mechanical Engineering streams. VTU Result 2026 Declared: Check December-January Exam Results Online at results.vtu.ac.in.

The SSC JE 2026 Paper 1 examination was conducted in computer based test (CBT) mode across multiple shifts between December 3 and December 6, 2026. An additional examination shift was also held on December 13 at several centres across the country.

The commission stated that representations submitted by candidates regarding the provisional answer keys were carefully examined. Based on the valid objections received from candidates, necessary revisions were made to the answer keys before preparing the final results.

SSC also confirmed that the final answer keys, along with the question papers cum response sheets and marks of both qualified and non qualified candidates, will be uploaded on the official website soon.
