The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) is set to release the results for the Class 10 (High School) and Class 12 (Intermediate) board examinations today, Thursday, April 23. The official announcement will be made during a press conference at the Board’s headquarters in Prayagraj at 4:00 PM, ending the wait for over 54 lakh students across the state. Following the formal declaration by Board Secretary Bhagwati Singh, the digital scorecards will be activated simultaneously on the official UPMSP portals. This year, approximately 27.32 lakh students appeared for the Class 10 exams, while 27.05 lakh appeared for the Class 12 exams.

The evaluation of nearly 3 crore answer sheets was completed in record time between March 18 and April 4, involving a massive workforce of 1.53 lakh personnel. To manage the heavy server traffic expected at 4:00 PM, the Board has provided multiple official platforms for students to access their marksheets. Students will need their Roll Number to log in.

Technical Upgrades and Transparency

The 2026 examination cycle saw several technical advancements aimed at enhancing transparency. A pilot project was implemented in six districts - including Prayagraj, Varanasi, and Meerut - where marks were uploaded using a dual system of both traditional and online entries. Along with the individual scorecards, the UPMSP will release the official Toppers List for both classes and the overall pass percentages. Students are advised to download and print a copy of their online marksheet for immediate use until original certificates are issued through their respective schools.
