CBSE Begins Phased Release of Class 12 Verification and Re-Evaluation Results; 87% Outcomes Declared

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has officially commenced the release of the Class XII marks verification and re-evaluation outcomes for the 2026 board examinations. Announcing the update in a phased roll-out, the board confirmed that more than 87% of the total applications received have been processed and declared in the initial phase.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has officially commenced the release of the Class XII marks verification and re-evaluation outcomes for the 2026 board examinations. Announcing the update in a phased roll-out, the board confirmed that more than 87% of the total applications received have been processed and declared in the initial phase. The remaining outcomes are being processed incrementally and are expected to be made available shortly.

Digital Access and Phased Roll-out

Students who applied for the post-result verification process can now monitor and access their updated status online. The board has integrated the result distribution through DigiLocker, directing students to check their application status directly on the dedicated portal at results.digilocker.gov.in using their official login credentials. Addressing potential concerns regarding the evaluation process, CBSE stated that every application underwent a strictly monitored review mechanism. The board emphasized that its system is built to be robust and transparent, ensuring maximum fairness and mathematical accuracy before any revised score is published.

Advisory Issued Against Rumours

In its official statement, the board strongly advised students and parents against falling prey to unverified claims or misinformation circulating on digital platforms.

"Students are advised not to believe rumours or unverified social media posts and to rely only on official CBSE communications for authentic information," the board stated. CBSE further added that regional and central offices remain fully accessible to assist and guide candidates requiring additional support during this period.
