Gurugram biker and Instagram creator known as 'rebelwheels_sia_' has released a sharp video rebuttal to the man accused of ramming her motorcycle with his car, tearing apart his public claims of sympathy and disputing nearly every detail of his version of the September 13 crash on Golf Course Road. In the roughly three-minute clip, Sia directly countered statements made by accused Kalyan Bainsla, who had told reporters he was unaware whether the rider was a man or a woman and that footage from only one angle had surfaced online. She argued that the videos from the scene tell a very different story than the one he has been presenting.

Sia rejected Bainsla's assertion that he felt bad for her, pointing out that genuine concern would have meant stopping the car immediately after the collision to check on her condition. She said, 'I could have died on the spot.'

Disputes Over What the Footage Shows

Sia pushed back on Bainsla's suggestion that the two clips circulating online were insufficient evidence in a hit-and-run case. She also dismissed his claim that he did not realise a woman was riding the motorcycle, saying the car had come close enough for him to see her and had allegedly gestured for her to pull over.

Sia further questioned why the car continued following her for an extended stretch if its occupants genuinely believed she was riding erratically, arguing that the behaviour pointed to deliberate harassment rather than a misunderstanding.

FIR Includes Attempted Murder Charge

According to her police complaint, the incident occurred around 7 am on September 13 near Golf Course Road while she was riding with a group of friends toward Biker Barn Cafe. She alleged that a white Maruti Suzuki Ciaz, bearing registration HR30L4949, followed and harassed the group before deliberately hitting her bike, dragging it nearly 300 metres.

Police at the Sector 56 station in Gurugram have registered an FIR against Bainsla covering harassment, attempted murder and hit-and-run. Sia's brother said she escaped major injuries but is now dealing with significant muscle pain, body aches and abrasions, and is expected to record her formal statement soon.

Sia also said the incident reflects a broader sense of insecurity many women riders feel on the roads of Delhi and Gurugram.
