A man has been arrested in Panchkula on suspicion of raping his 13-year-old niece, police said on Sunday, June 21. The crime is alleged to have occurred about three months ago while the girl was staying with relatives in Panchkula; it came to light after she sought medical care for severe abdominal pain, during which doctors determined she was pregnant.
