Mumbai, November 21: The Election Commission of India (ECI) has activated its online system for the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls, making the enumeration process faster and more accessible for voters across several states. Unlike the offline method, the digital SIR form is filled directly on the ECI or CEO portals, no document download required.

Users can simply visit the “Fill Enumeration Form” section on voters.eci.gov.in or use the ECINET app to complete their details. The online facility comes as Kerala heads toward local body elections and West Bengal voters continue submitting their SIR forms. For those who have already handed their form to a Booth Level Officer (BLO) or submitted it online, the ECI has also enabled a quick way to check whether the form has been uploaded. SIR Phase II: 99% Enumeration Forms Distributed in 2nd Phase of Special Intensive Revision, More Than 10 Crore Forms Digitised.
