According to the complaint, the woman learned on February 5 that her husband, Bipin Rajvanshi alias Sonu, was preparing to marry again at Sanskar Guest House. She immediately approached police and reached the venue with officers. On spotting her husband dressed as a groom and participating in wedding rituals, she allegedly lost control, grabbed his collar, and beat him, leaving guests stunned. The woman told police that she married Bipin in 2018 but was allegedly harassed for dowry soon after the wedding. She claimed her in-laws demanded an additional INR 4 lakh and subjected her to mental and physical cruelty, forcing her to return to her parental home within 10 days. Police intervened to stop the altercation and took the accused husband into custody, though he was later released. The woman alleged that had she not arrived in time, the third marriage would have been completed despite the ongoing court case.
