Congress has filed a complaint with the EC that while they've won on 5 seats, The Collectors are not issuing them certificates. They have accused CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan of pressuring the collectors.

Mumbai, December 11: The Assembly Elections 2018 results for five states - Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Telangana and Mizoram - will be declared today. The counting of votes will begin at 8 am and the first trends for the Vidhan Sabha Polls are expected to roll in from 8:30 am. Voting for the five states was held between November 12 and December 7. The exit polls have predicted a Congress victory in Rajasthan, a mixed bag in Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Mizoram, and a TRS win in Telangana. All eyes are now on how accurate the exit polls were. The Assembly Polls 2018 are being seen as the semi-final before the Lok Sabha Elections 2019. Who will win these crucial elections? MP Vidhan Sabha Polls 2018

Voting for the 230-seat MP Assembly took place on November 28. A voter turnout of 75 percent was recorded in the state. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan is looking at a fourth term in the state. While his constituency Budhani recorded a low voter turnout, he is confident of winning. The exit polls have not been able to predict a clear winner for MP. Rajasthan Vidhan Sabha Polls 2018

Voting for the 200-seat Rajasthan Assembly took place on December 7. The state witnessed a voter turnout of 74.21 percent, slightly less than what it was in 2013. Poll pundits have said that Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje is facing anti-incumbency, which has been reiterated by exit polls. The exit polls have predicted a clear victory for the Congress in the state. It will be clear today as to whether the exit polls were right.

Chhattisgarh Vidhan Sabha Polls 2018

Voting for the 90-seat Chhattisgarh Assembly took place in two phases on November 12 and November 20. The state recorded a voter turnout of over 76 percent. Chief Minister Raman Singh is looking at a fourth continuous term in the state. The exit polls have presented a mixed picture of the state. While some have predicted a Congress victory, others have predicted a BJP win.

Telangana Vidhan Sabha Polls 2018

Voting for the 119-seat Telangana Assembly took place on December 7. The southern state witnessed a voter turnout of 73.20 percent. KCR, the acting Chief Minister of the State, had dissolved the Telangana Assembly, calling for early elections. The exit polls say that his gamble may have played out well as the TRS looks set to win the state again.

Mizoram Vidhan Sabha Polls 2018

Voting for the 40-seat Mizoram Assembly took place on November 28. The state recorded a humongous 80 percent voter turnout. The Congress is hoping to retain the Northeastern state, even as exit polls have predicted a hung Assembly, with the MNF likely to emerge as the single largest party.
