A Star Is Born is a remake of the 1937 film of the same name originally featuring Janet Gaynor and Fredric March. In fact, it was adapted into a musical in 1954 starring Judy Garland and James Mason and in 1976 as a rock musical with Barbra Streisand and Kris Kristofferson. Amongst so many talented and gorgeous actress, who remains Lady Gaga’s all-time favourite?

The answer is right here in Gaga’s words - “Judy Garland is by far my favourite actress of all time. I used to watch her in A Star Is Born, and it’s devastating. She’s so real, so right there. Her eyes would get glassy, and you could just see the passion and the emotion and hear the grit in her voice.” Apart from acting, Lady Gaga has also contributed to A Star Is Born soundtrack.
