Asaram Bapu had filed a petition seeking interim stay on the release of the film in theatres and on OTT platforms. However, the Rajasthan HC has dismissed the self-proclaimed godman’s plea who alleged that the film Sirf Ek Bandaa Kaafi Hai portrays him in negative light. The order issued stated, “this Court does not find that in the given factual matrix, any irreparable loss is being caused to the petitioners herein,” reports LiveLaw.
