Country music icon Garth Brooks is embroiled in a serious sexual assault and battery lawsuit. The singer's hairstylist and makeup artist, referred to as Jane Roe, has filed a case against "The Dance" singer in court, alleging that he raped her in a hotel room during a work trip in 2019. The lawsuit also details many other patterns of harassment, including repeated exposure, sexually explicit conversations and inappropriate touching. Reportedly, Brooks' legal team has vehemently denied the allegations and has even filed a lawsuit against Roe. “Brooks is desperate to keep his millions of fans from discovering the horrific things he has done to a female employee who did nothing to deserve such treatment,” the lawsuit said, reports Variety.
