Cuba Gooding Jr just averted his trial for a lawsuit as the actor has reportedly reached a settlement with the woman who accused him of rape. The lawsuit saw the accuser demand $4 million in damages of her emotional health and had accused the actor of raping her in 2013 in a hotel room.
