The Karnataka High Court recently said that unqualified persons should be restrained from rendering medical services and hoodwinking poor people in rural areas. The high court bench of Justice M Nagaprasanna observed while dismissing a plea by a paramedical practitioner (petitioner) who sought the registration of a medical clinic run by him.
