Chhatarpur deputy collector Nisha Bangre was reportedly beaten and forcefully detained by the police during her ‘Nyay Pad Yatra’ in Bhopal on Monday, October 9, 2023. Nisha Bangre's clothes were torn during the confrontation. A video of the incident has surfaced on social media. Bangre was on a foot march from Amla to Bhopal, demanding the government to accept her resignation as she wanted to contest Madhya Pradesh Assembly Election 2023.
