A woman devotee was reportedly filmed in the bathroom by a staffer at a hotel owned by a BJP MLA in Mirzapur. It is learnt that the woman devotee had come from Lucknow to offer prayers at the Vindhyawasini temple. The woman alleged that Ashish Mishra, a staffer at Ratnakar Hotel where she was staying, was filming her when she was in the washroom.
A hotel employee in Uttar Pradesh's Mirzapur was arrested for allegedly secretly filming a woman devotee in the bathroom of a hotel in Vindhyachal. According to reports, the woman devotee was reportedly filmed in the bathroom by a staffer at a hotel owned by a BJP MLA in Mirzapur. It is learnt that the woman devotee had come from Lucknow to offer prayers at the Vindhyawasini temple. The woman alleged that Ashish Mishra, a staffer at Ratnakar Hotel where she was staying, was filming her when she was in the washroom. The family of a BJP MLA reportedly owns the hotel. After the incident came to light, Mirzapur police said that a case was registered at Vindhyachal Police Station and the accused has been arrested.
