The Enforcement Directorate (ED) conducted a raid on Friday morning at the residence of Sandip Ghosh, the former principal of Kolkata’s RG Kar MCH, news agency ANI reported, citing sources. According to the sources, the ED raids are also underway at a few other places in Kolkata. Earlier in the week, Ghosh was arrested and booked by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in connection with alleged financial irregularities at the medical establishment during his tenure. Ghosh is presently in the custody of the CBI.
