The weather agency also said that isolated rainfall with thunderstorm lightning is likely over Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, West Uttar Pradesh, and north Rajasthan on February 17. "Dense fog conditions likely during morning hours at isolated places over Meghalaya till 13th and Himachal Pradesh till 14th February," IMD added. Meanwhile, the weather forecasting service Windy has not predicted any rainfall in Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai and Bengaluru for today, February 13.
