A disturbing incident has come to the fore from Madhya Pradesh's Sagar wherein an angry mob mercilessly thrashed a woman on suspicion of theft. A video of the incident has surfaced on social media. The video shows a group of men thrashing a woman with sticks. Some men were also caught on camera dragging and kicking her. In the video, the woman can be heard urging the mob to help her find her family. It is said that the woman is accompanying a 5-month-old infant. A case has been registered concerning the incident at the Gopalganj Police Station, and a probe has been launched.
