Alex Hales Replaces Injured Jonny Bairstow in England Squads for T20 World Cup 2022 and Pakistan Series
Hales has replaced Bairstow in the English squads for T20 World Cup due to the latter's injury. England earlier announced their squads for both the global tournament and Pakistan T20I series.
Alex Hales has returned to England Cricket Team squads for the upcoming ICC T20 World Cup 2022 and Pakistan series as a replacement of Jonny Bairstow. Hales was out of the international cricket after he tested positive in drug test in 2019. However, Bairstow, who has picked up an injury while playing golf last week, will be replaced by Hales.
