After the Commonwealth Games silver medal last year. Indian Women's cricket Team continue their streak with a gold medal this time and received appreciation from the BCCI secretary.
Indian Women's cricket team created history as they clinched the first ever gold medal for India in cricket beating Sri Lanka in the final of Asian Games 2023. Titas Sadhu starred with the ball in hand picking 3 wickets for just 6 runs and played a big role in India's victory. Jay Shah, BCCI secretary congratulated the team and the support staff for their contribution and also lauded the performance of Titas Sadhu.
